If you mean the drag and drop to the taskbar, it is not available yet. The reason is that the taskbar has been remodeled as we know it. But as I mentioned earlier, this feature is to be added to future updates, and feedback was already upvoted by many in the Feedback Hub app. Not to worry because Microsoft is currently working on it.
