Lower handle bends open and becomes difficult to use. I have used this product before at other properties I have been at. It works great. Only draw back on it is the wire tends to get messed up rubbing against the bottom of the door. I still give it a 5 because its still a great tool when needed. Lot cheaper than others, works perfectly for interior corridor hotels, good quality and customer service. You save. How it works: On the outside of the door, find and remember the spot on the bottom of the door that you will use as your pivot point to grab the lever.

Slide the tool all the way under the door at your pivot point and then lift it up completely until the tip touches the door. TIP: Listen for it to hit the door near your head. While being careful to not move away from your pivot point, tilt the tool over until it falls onto the lever handle. TIP: Keep in constant contact with the door as you tilt it scrape the door. Pull the cable straight back to pull the handle down on the inside of the door and then push the door open.
